Right To Cancel

If you are purchasing Great Bear products for your own personal use (rather than obtaining them on a prescription), you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery. You do not have to provide a reason for cancellation, subject to the following terms:

• You must inform us of your decision to cancel this order by a clear statement, for example by letter, email or via our website enquiry form.
• Alternatively you can send us the cancellation form that was included in your order.

If you have any queries or need help completing the cancellation form please call 0800 055 6270 between 08:30-16:30.

• Goods should be returned to us within 14 days at your own cost unless they are subject to a fault, in which case please call us on 0800 055 6270 in the first instance to report the fault and arrange a collection.
• Due to the nature of the healthcare products supplied by Great Bear Healthcare, all goods must be received back with seals unbroken, unopened and undamaged within 14 days for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed once we have received the goods back and they have passed successful inspection.
• Please note, goods which have been customised specifically for your personal use are not refundable.
