Role Summary

Under the leadership of the Clean Room Manager, be a quality minded, efficient, safety conscious team player within the Manufacturing Department.  This role is based in Cardiff Business Park.

Key Responsibilities

The following provides an indication of the key responsibilities involved in this role but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the duties that you may be required to do

  • To be part of a team and be polite and courteous to your fellow employees.
  • To maintain production and quality records as required (i.e. quality traceability records/production outputs).
  • To ensure products are manufactured to defined quality standards, reporting any quality issues to the Clean Room Manager.
  • Follow and maintain production procedures to the standards laid down by the Company.
  • Following training, to be flexible to work on any operation as required.
  • To work on production machines and/or equipment as required to meet the business needs. This includes operating machine one and performing stoma cutting.
  • To ensure good standards of housekeeping are achieved and maintained.
  • To ensure all working practices are carried out in line with the Company Rules and Policies, ISO Quality System, Work Instructions and Health & Safety at Work Act.
  • To report any variance to standard procedures.
  • Be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime to meet the business needs.
  • Any other duties required to meet business needs.
