The Nightingale Nurses can offer education to carers and will use the correct and appropriate equipment for each individual.  Samples will be used to ensure the products work and that the individual is happy prior to any prescription being raised.

Individual Assessment

Every individual will be visited in the comfort of their own home (as well as Nursing / Residential Homes).  The products chosen will be tailored to the individuals needs to best suit their condition and ability.

As an independent team, the Nightingale Nurses can dispense any product from any manufacturer allowing for greater choice.

Support

Stock Control

The Nightingale Nurses will visit on a regular basis to ensure stock levels are maintained at an acceptable level to avoid overstocking.  Removal of unwanted stock can also be arranged via the Nightingale Nurse.
