Great Bear Healthcare offer the following two accessories alongside their product range. 

libra LEVER CATHETER VALVES

·         libra LEVER CATHETER VALVES are outlet taps used on libra LEG BAGs and GB4 NIGHT BAGS.

·         It can be used as an alternative to a leg or night bag when connected to an indwelling catheter.

·         When the lever is in the open or closed position it lies flush against the main body of the catheter valve to eliminate irritation of the skin

·         It provides a universal fit so can fit all catheters and sheaths

·         The libra LEVER CATHETER VALVE is a sterile product.  

libra LEG BAG STRAPS

 ·       The libra LEG BAG STRAP has been specifically designed for use with a libra LEG BAG, but are universal so can be used with other leg bags. 

·       libra LEG BAG STRAPS feature a tapered Velcro fastening with dual wavy silicone lines. The tapered ends ensure that the strap does not dig into the user’s skin whilst the silicone lines assist in securing the leg bag to the leg.

 ·   For patient choice the straps are available in 2 sizes 70cm:30cm for use with a long or adjustable tube bag and 60cm:40cm for use with a      short tube bag.

 ·       As with all Great Bear Products the libra LEG BAG STRAPS are latex free.

libra LEG BAG HOLDER

•  The libra LEG BAG HOLDER can be use instead of, or as well as, leg bag straps in securing a leg bag to the leg 
•  It works by covering the leg bag to provide maximum support.
• The libra LEG BAG HOLDER contains 30% cotton for total comfort and to allow the skin to breathe. Available in 4 sizes:

          Small:                   30-45cm   

         Medium:               45-65cm

         Large:                   55-80cm

        Extra Large:          65-90cm

   

  GB FIXIT catheter retaining strap

   

  • The GB FIXIT is a catheter retaining strap that can be used to secure an indwelling or supra pubic catheter to the leg or abdomen
  • This prevents discomfort and pain caused by catheter movement 
  • With Velcro fastening and dual silicone lines the product provides a secure and comfortable fit every time. The GB FIXIT is available in 3 sizes:          

  Adult – 45cm, to fit most adults

  Short – 35cm, ideal for paediatric use      

  Abdominal – 80cm, to fit around the waist with a supra pubic catheter
